First, a quick story of how our shipping works and why we choose to do it that way.

In the era of instant gratification and Amazon Prime 2-day delight, we found ourselves asking the question..."What is being sacrificed to allow this, and are we really better off?"

The answer we discovered was something along the lines of screw the earth, I want my package now. We decided to diverge from this and opt for a more earth-friendly means of shipping.

By shipping directly from manufacturers, we can send products ONE time, in ONE set of original packaging. No back-and-forth to wasteful warehouses. Additionally, we combine our shipments with others of the same destination so it's passing through as few hands as possible before getting to you. We think a bit of a longer wait is more than worth it.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is dependent on the product. We work with suppliers that provide high quality products that are often locally sourced and do our best to keep shipping costs down. Normal shipping is FREE!

Express shipping starts at $14 USD and can be selected at checkout, if available for your shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

Some products are available for international shipping, while others are limited.  Sales tax is built into our pricing, however you will be responsible for any additional import duties or customs that your country may apply to your package. Items will be shipped directly from our partners.

How long does delivery take?

USA & Canada: 7-18 business days.

Australia, Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and most European countries: 7-16 business days.

Rest of world: 14-24 business days.

Processing time: most items are processed within 2-3 business days, but could take up to 5 days due to the high volume of orders we receive! Orders placed after Friday 6pm EST may not be processed until the following Monday depending on the availability of staff.

If you place an order using PayPal e-check, your order will be processed for shipping after the payment clears.

Please double check all shipping and billing details carefully (phone number, correct email, door number, ...) when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages. If you live in an apartment building or complex with shared mailboxes or a front desk, be sure to check with neighbours and doormen if your parcel is marked delivered but not at your door.

Can I track my order?

We include tracking information with every order shipment. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification and you can track your order through this link: or through our website at this link:

Please note that tracking information is uploaded by the courier and may not be available for a few days, so don't worry if you don't see anything right away! We recommend waiting 3-5 days before checking. If you do not see any updates after 7 days please contact us.

I ordered multiple items and only received one!

Our products are curated by us from multiple manufacturing partners around the world, which means sometimes we need to ship products from different locations. You will most likely be receiving separate packages and tracking codes for each product - hang in there, we promise it will all arrive!

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time we accept all major credit cards securely through Shopify Pay, as well as PayPal for your convenience.

How secure is my personal information?

We adhere to highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions.
