If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return for a refund within 30 days of receiving your package. Special sale and jewelry items are final and not eligible for returns at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience.
To be eligible for a refund on your returned item, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, including all original accessories and dust bags.
Some sale products are final and are not eligible for returns. However, if you receive a defective item, we proudly offer free replacements once sufficient evidence of the fault has been provided. Please reach out to our team as soon as you notice anything defective about your new product.

To start your return:

We will reply to emails with the address in which to ship your product.
Please ship your item(s) back to us within 30 days of the delivery date in original condition. We will not accept returns beyond this time! You will be responsible for shipping your item(s) back to us, and covering return shipping costs.
Please double check postage details when returning your order. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and uploading the tracking information in our returns portal. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages.
I received the wrong item / damaged item:
- If your item (including final sale items) arrives damaged for whatever reason, we will send you a replacement free of charge! Please contact us and report the defect/damage within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The time limit for requesting a refund for a defective item is within 7 days of delivery.
- If you receive the wrong item (whoops, we're only human), we will send you the correct item! We may send you a return shipping label for the incorrect item.
- Refunds/returns will not be provided due to customer error! Example: incorrect shipping address, not reading sizes or descriptions of products, etc.
Once your return is received, you will be notified that we have received your returned product in acceptable condition.
If this is the case, then we will process your refund within 7 business days of receipt and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for refunds to reflect on your account.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place another order for the new item.
Buyer Protection Program
We are proud to offer 30-day buyer protection on all orders. This means that you have 30-days after receiving your order to reach out if any serious fault occurs with your item and we will replace it free of charge. Buyer protection does not include normal wear and tear or cases of extreme use that go beyond the limits of the products. Buyers must provide sufficient evidence in order to be eligible for the program and agree to the terms that our team will judge if your case qualifies.
